ताज-उल-मस्जिद का इतिहास

ताज-उल-मस्जिद एशिया की सबसे बड़ी मस्जिदों में से एक है, जो एक विशाल मैदान में बानी हुई है। 

 

ताज-उल-मस्जिद भारत के भोपाल में स्थित एक मस्जिद है। जबकि इसका सही नाम ताज-उल-मस्जिद है, ताज-उल-मस्जिद नहीं। "मस्जिद" का अर्थ है "मस्जिद" और ताज-उल-मस्जिद का अर्थ है "मस्जिदों के बीच का ताज"। यह भारत की सबसे प्रसिद्ध और सबसे बड़ी मस्जिदों में से एक है। ताज-उल-मस्जिद एशिया की सबसे बड़ी मस्जिदों में से एक है। जो एक विशाल मैदान में बना हुआ है। मध्य प्रदेश की राजधानी भोपाल में स्थित इस मस्जिद को "अल्लाह का गुंबद" भी कहा जाता है। सफेद गुंबदों और संगमरमर के पत्थरों से बनी यह गुलाबी इमारत एक नजर में सभी का ध्यान अपनी ओर खींच लेती है। सुल्तान शाहजहाँ ने इसका निर्माण कार्य कराया, लेकिन धन की कमी के कारण इसका पूर्ण रूप से निर्माण नहीं हो सका।



 

कुछ साल बाद भोपाल के अलम्मा मोहम्मद इमरान खान नदवी अजहरी ने इस अधूरे काम को पूरा करने का बीड़ा उठाया और आखिरकार 1971 में इसका निर्माण पूरा हो गया। और एक सुंदर, सुंदर और विशाल मस्जिद का निर्माण किया गया। उस समय, मस्जिद एक मदरसे के रूप में कार्य करती थी। इसके साथ ही हर साल मस्जिद में तीन दिवसीय आलमी तब्लीग इज्तिमा उत्सव भी आयोजित किया जाता है, जहां दुनिया भर से लाखों श्रद्धालु आते हैं। मस्जिद में कमरों की कमी के कारण इस समय यह उत्सव भोपाल के गाजी पुरा में आयोजित किया जाता है।


 

ताज-उल-मस्जिद का पूरा इतिहास

 

मस्जिद का निर्माण कार्य सुल्तान शाहजहाँ बेगम के शासनकाल में शुरू किया गया था और कुछ साल बाद 1971 में भोपाल के अल्लामा मोहम्मद इमरान खान नदवी अज़हरी के शासनकाल में मस्जिद का निर्माण पूरा हुआ। इस मस्जिद को नई दिल्ली की जामा मस्जिद और लाहौर की बादशाही मस्जिद की तर्ज पर ही माना गया है। ताज-उल-मस्जिद कुल 23,312 वर्ग फुट के क्षेत्रफल में फैला हुआ है, जिसकी मीनार करीब 206 फुट ऊंची है। इसके साथ ही मस्जिद में 3 विशाल गोलाकार आकार के गुंबद, एक सुंदर प्रार्थना कक्ष और अलंकृत स्तंभ, संगमरमर का फर्श और गुंबद भी हैं। इसके अलावा मस्जिद में एक विशाल तालाब के साथ एक बड़ा प्रांगण भी है। इसके साथ ही प्रार्थना कक्ष की मुख्य दीवार पर जाली का काम और प्राचीन हस्तशिल्प का काम भी किया गया है। 27 छतों को विशाल खंभों की सहायता से दबाया गया है, और उन्हें जाली के काम से भी सजाया गया है। 27 छतों में से 16 को फूलों की डिज़ाइनों से सजाया गया है। इसके साथ ही फर्श के डिजाइन में क्रिस्टल स्लैब का भी इस्तेमाल किया गया है, जिसे सात लाख रुपये खर्च कर इंग्लैंड से आयात किया गया था।

 

ताज-उल-मस्जिद की मुख्य विशेषताएं

मस्जिद का लुढ़कता आकार इसका सबसे बड़ा आकर्षण है। गुलाबी मुखौटा और विशाल सफेद गुंबद और इसकी मीनार लोगों को अपनी ओर आकर्षित करती है। साथ ही मस्जिद के फर्श को क्रिस्टल स्लैब से डिजाइन किया गया है और मस्जिद की विशाल मीनारों को सजाया गया है, जिसे देखकर इसकी डिजाइन हमें मोहित कर देगी. साथ ही मस्जिद का विशाल मुख्य प्रवेश द्वार हमें बुलंद दरवाजे की याद दिलाता है। इस मस्जिद के अन्य आकर्षणों में विशाल प्रार्थना कक्ष, विशाल स्तंभ और गुंबदों का आकार शामिल
